We aim to acknowledge every message within 24 hours and resolve most issues within a few days. For formal legal grievances (privacy, content takedown, or copyright complaints), our designated Grievance Officer's contact details are listed in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions — but honestly, reaching out here works just as well to get the conversation started.
